Eligibility & Timeframe

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 2 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable, unless damaged during shipping.

Contact us via email to initiate a return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or sent incorrectly.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Luminara Crystals UK is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
