Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged during transit or sent incorrectly.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Damaged Items
In the rare event an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photo evidence. We will prioritise a replacement or a full refund to ensure your experience remains perfect.
